Ananyan ("we", "us", "our") is the provider of www.haykananyan.com, www.haykananyan.com ("Website"). By accessing and placing an order with Ananyan, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Shipping Policy outlined below. Please carefully review our Shipping Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund․

Shipping times and costs

Shipping time, cost, and duties depend on your delivery location and will be displayed when placing an order. Shipping costs are charged together with the purchase for orders from the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Artsakh, Russia, the USA and EU. This price will be the final cost at which the item will be delivered to the customer.

Our delivery time starts from the moment the order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period during which your goods will be processed and shipped by our warehouse. Purchases are wrapped in tissue paper and delivered in a paper box with the exception of certain goods.

We will do our best to minimize delays. Once your order is shipped, we will send an email with your tracking number.

Shipping costs

Shipping cost is 15 USD.

Local delivery

We offer free shipping for all orders in Armenia and Artsakh. Delivery in Yerevan is carried out by delivery service within 1 day. Shipping to the regions of Armenia and Artsakh is carried out by the postal service within 3-10 business days.

International delivery

International shipping depends on the weight of the order and will be delivered within 5-30 business days.

Change on delivery address

For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Tracking notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
